Dilyana Mileva IS ON A MISSION TO GIVE WOMEN THE NATURAL PATH TO  THRIVING BY REDUCING THE IMPACT OF MENOPAUSE AND PERIMENOPAUSE ON THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT.  In her early 40’s she experienced crushing fatigue, insomnia, mood swings and other symptoms that she learned were attributed to perimenopause. MANY WOMEN DON’T KNOW THAT THEIR MENOPAUSE TRANSITION CAN BEGIN YEARS BEFORE THE END OF THEIR PERIOD. 

Searching for alternatives to traditional medicine and prescription drugs, Dilyana did extensive research to understand these changes and she took a holistic approach to heal herself. After creating her own calm confidence, clarity, and connection she felt drawn to support others.
